Philosophy

Our highest priority at BACRES is the freshness and quality of the products. That is why we prepare all our products by hand, from fresh raw materials delivered daily by our trusted local suppliers, from which we then make our own jams and marmalades, pesto, salads, soups, sandwiches and other products. 

However, the biggest speciality of Bacres is our high class, in-house made European yeast, that we use for all of our bakery products. 

Our coffee is outsourced from an Italian supplier DANESI, and is freshly roasted just before delivery to our restaurant.
